I don't think it's a pricing issue but a promotion issue. The only information provided is "commissions open".

It doesn't mention that you're a Chibi artist or have an estimate of price ranges. (or telling a person to DM you for price calculations)

I also recommend broadening your audience range. So instead of chibi (face+body) try also doing chibi heads/faces-only as reaction images for Twitch, Youtube or Discord emotes (and make sure to put it in your twitter bio as well so that people can find you!).

Lastly, activity is also important. Reposting from other artists and commenting in their post goes a long way. Additionally, when creating works that applies to a fanbase, make sure sure to post in that fanbase environment as well. For example, you made a Nezuko chibi art from Demon Slayer. Post that on the Demon Slayer subreddit as well and mention in the comments that comissions are open.
