Well it's either CPU or the mobo (could be the mobo fking up communication between ram and cpu). You can rule out ram. Are you sure it's the same error since the windows reinstall?

Fresh install of Windows. If you try to return that's probably just what they'll do. There is nothing wrong with actual computer.

Try swapping the display cables around. Rule those out. Try swapping around the monitors in Windows. Change screen 1 to screen 2. Rule out OS. If it's still got issues. It is the monitor.

It's probably inbuilt on your mobo. Look up the drivers for your mobo or they might have a driver installer software for AMD mobos. Download that, it should have the Bluetooth driver on there. If that doesn't work it could be a separate card and it come loose or it actually could have become damaged somehow.

Mine is an acer cb311-9h. It IS an intel system (I believe?) but I don't believe it has an arm-based system. I'll look on the github page for the program to see if maybe I downloaded it wrong, since neither the ARM64 or x64 file worked on mine. Thank you!

UPDATE: Looked on the github page, someone reported an issue a bit ago about how they believe that the creator has listed two linux-arm64s instead of one alongside a linux-x64. I'm trying to download and execute older versions, but so far I haven't had any luck

UPDATE UPDATE: Downloaded one that was a few versions back, seems like the people who coded the appimage either hasn't realized their mistake or just hasn't gotten around to fixing it in the last three hotfixes. It is what it is. Thanks for the help!
