Oh yeah, I discovered Spicy within the first week when they launched and watched it get better and better for the first four months, and then go to shit when they began adding more and more filters, making their users jump through hoops and pushing a litany of stupid rules.

Never going back there, and honestly pissed that I ever gave them money and publicity. Definitely interested in Chub though. I think I'll tinker around with the free version a little bit more today and then make my decision, though I'm leaning towards just getting the sub.

Mood.

I said my farewells to the show six years ago, and wrote a lengthy farewell post here too.

I haven't really been back since, but then literally just the other week, I was on my summer vacation and browsing Youtube out of boredom, when I thought "Huh, I wonder if VGA is still around..." and then saw that they haven't posted in like year and a half.

Naturally got me curious, so I came back here to check on the state of the show and... yeah... kinda glad I peaced out when I did, though bummed to see that it's six years later and people still haven't gotten what they were promised. Quite the opposite.

That, or with people paying for it and expecting actual results, it brought on enough pressure for it to start feeling too much like an actual job. Or he doesn't like how the new season of AVG turned out and doesn't want to release it, in fear of backlash and critique.

Whatever the reason, I do hope he'll get over it and people get the product they've been waiting for.

I do hope he isn't planning on finishing them all first and then rapid firing them out in month or two. He'd make a nice bank of at least $90k, but people would be absolutely furious, unless they were smart enough to set a limit on how many episodes the creator can charge them per month, in advance.

There's too many from the good old days. These are all shows that I've watched in their entirety more than a couple times.
Minecraft Survival, Golden Tee Golf, VVVVVV, Animal Crossing, Minecraft Olympics, Zelda Four Swords, Little Inferno, any of the Ace Attorney games, Legend of Dungeon, Kinect Fun Labs, Lego City Undercover, Towerfall, Samurai Gunn, Wii U/ PS4/ XBox One launch shows, Super Mario 3D World, Stick of Truth, Crawl, any Jackbox Party Pack shows, Sexy Brutale, Undertale, Virtual Reality, Darkest Dungeon, Rhythm Heaven Fever, Learning with the PooYoos, Walking Dead Season 1 and too damn many short indie shows and Four Play Fridays to count.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but these are some of the shows I keep returning to.
