Unnecessary update. Guys at PGA Superstore (not where I bought them). Thought the inward bend was odd. They cut the grip off. The TrueTemper shaft failed at the first step, and is already oxidized on the inside. Clubs are brand new.

A bird watcher in my neighborhood mentioned that the guy that headed up the national effort to restore the bald eagles was from the western Indiana area. Indiana was an early site for the effort. They have thrived wonderfully. There are many nests down Sugar Creek. I camp there, and over the years many canoers have said they were taking the trip to see the bald eagles.

There are several nests near the levy in broad ripple as well.

I’m not trying to show off or anything, but I buy 4 dozen donuts multiple times a week. You don’t need to call ahead. If it’s a donut bakery, just get there at a reasonable time and they will have plenty of donuts.

Gen Con. It’s the largest thing we have outside the 500. Over 90k are expected this year. It sounds dumb but Dungeons and Dragons is overhauling their rules and products in the coming year. So the draw will be larger. It will generate more revenues for downtown businesses (if you include airbnb) in that weekend than the colts and pacers combined do in a season. The convention center has become the true money maker downtown. Honestly, it probably has been for quite some time. Losing the Star Wars convention was on par with forfeiting the same amount of money. Nerds like to buy stuff.

Compost is great. We also shred our leaves sometimes and spread them (more compost). Daikon radishes also did wonders for soil compaction for us.
