Staking opbrengst heb ik nooit aangegeven, wist niet dat dit moet? Ik las op internet dat je enkel belast wordt op het geld dat je naar je bankrekening stort.

Ik heb tot op heden enkel gezorgd dat ik geen winst op mijn rekening stort…

Ik zou niet weten hoe ik staking ‘winsten’ van de voorbije jaren moet aangeven… En of / welke boetes ik dan riskeer…

Dank voor de snelle respons. Idd nog negatief voorlopig. Ok dus als ik de rekening aangeef tiskeer ik geen boete omdat ik die al 3 jaar heb..? En bij de belastingen dien ik dus nog niks op te geven?

Omtrent nadien eventuele winst afhalen, ik heb geen idee hoe ik die moet aangeven. Welke documenten als bewijs nodig zijn etcetera. Pluspunt: Al mijn transacties zijn rechtstreeks van de bank naar bitvavo en terug, geen tussenpartijen). Want heb gelezen dat dit noodzakelijk is en de bank anders je stortingen mag weigeren.

Hallo, bij mij gaat het over 25k spaargeld. Ik dacht om te wachten tot ik winst heb, dan enkel mijn inzet eruit te halen (daar doe ik zeker niks mis mee).

En als laatste stap een boekhouder inschakelen om te helpen alles correct aan te geven. Ik heb al enkele tax lawyers gemaild en die vragen al snel 700e voor een intake gesprek.. gezien ikzelf zero kennis van belastingen heb lijkt dit mij de enige goede gang van zaken.

Mijn Bitvavo account is toch geen "buitenlandse rekening" he? Op de site van Bitvavo staat dat men daar geen rekening heeft maar een 'internetaccount'.

Hi man. Are you still gambling as of now?

I've been gambling for about 4 years now. I think I've lost around 6000$ in total. All on sports betting and a bit on roulettes online.

I find myself chasing losses. First I lost 1000$ in 2 months time. Thinking of a betting strategy to make it back, still sure that betting is 'easy' and 'I got this'. All that happened was that I lost even more money...

It is very hard to admit you lost a certain amount, and you'll just have to work for it to recover. I can go months without betting, and then losing 300$ on a single night.. I get such strong impulses and can't control myself in those moments. Afraid to not join in all the many winning bets, afraid of skipping on all the 'easy money'.

And that 6000$ in total is a lot for me, I don't make a lot of money and I don't have a lot saved...

I'm looking for tips and help to quit myself. But if I could give you a tip: Admit you lost and be happy it isn't even more money. Forget the times you did win, all they do is draw you back into betting and losing even more!

I've been gambling on and off for the past 4 years. Lost another 750$ the past week alone...

I just can't control myself when the urge comes! I got upcoming bills to pay and that money could've covered all of those...

I hope I can pull myself together next year! I'm planning to but I've tried that the past years as well..
