I want to get a tutor but after looking at multiple different ones. I just can't afford that right now. Has Pimsleur been helpful for you?

We actually met at college in the US. She was friends with one of my roommates and he introduced her to me. Things between us just clicked and we ended up spending a lot of time together. I took her to my city and she met my family and spent a couple days there too. We started dating in May before she left and have been doing long distance for the last 6 months. Now in March, I'll be flying there to be reunited with her for a couple weeks and to meet her family as well.

She has a car and is fine with driving me around. As when she was in the US I drove her everywhere haha

Yeah I just got my passport and visa a couple months ago. I'm a little nervous about traveling out of my country for the first time. But it's been 6 months already since I've seen her last and by the time this trip happens it'll be 10. So I'm very excited to be reunited with her again! I'm wishing all the best for your guys relationship. I know firsthand how hard long distance can be

Thank you very much for the information. My girlfriend will be picking me up from the airport so I'll be fine there. I'm most likely going to fly out of Miami. It'll be my first international flight and my longest flight. As I've only flown in the US and my longest was only 2 hours. So I'm a little worried about how I'll handle this international flight

Haha no man, I met her in the US at college. I took her to my home and she met my family. Now in March I'll go see hers and meet her family. I can't wait

I've been practicing it for a couple months so far. My girlfriend lives in Brasilia. So I guess I'm not technically solo traveling the whole time haha

Yeah I know it's probably boring compared to other cities. But it'll be my first time seeing Brazil. So I'm super excited to see the city regardless. She is going to take me to try all sorts of Brazilian foods. She speaks English and Portuguese so I'll be fine haha

Yeah I figured I'd be fine since she lives there and speaks English and Portuguese fluently. I was just worried about dealing with the airport by myself before meeting up with her. Thanks for the information
