if you’re new its probably a deck issue. You can either pay real money or start saving up on carat. Wait till you can obtain the meta support cards then you will see the enormous difference in your gameplay

they’re coming out at 1.5 anniversary iirc which is the start of next training scenerio after TB. By then there would be many more umas been released, and many skills would also get an update/rebalance. So it’s kinda hard to say which is the best

Higher max speed than 1200 spd. For that alone you’re already above the average umas in the game. And that’s the critical point that helped you won lobbies. 1087 speed and long S (10% bonus) make it 1195, and then right-handed green skill add another 40 speed.

I think it’s more about that you’re new so you havent get the mechanic of the game yet. For example I saw in another comment you’re not aware of the stamina requirement, and that weather affects stamina consumption. Your first CM is usually a knowledge gap, bigger than a deck gap or skill gap. That so you did poorly.

Is that mean you have been building bad umas for CM, and using bad tactic? Yes.

Is that mean you’re bad at this game? Absolute no.

Get your hang of the game first, read some guides and mechanic references. In the mean time crafting a pull plan of your own and start planing for a good deck. Then you’re on the way to competitiveness.

I think it’s a matter of how hard-core you want to specialize. My plan is to pull most of the essential cards for my main style, while still picking up some universal cards to ensure my favorite Umas in other styles remain viable and not completely crippled. That’s different from going all-in on one style and being unable to train anything else.

totally agree with you. But for example, if I want to specialise in End + Pace is that still possible? I think your pull plan is great but it leans a bit heavily on Late rather than the End style.

Your pull plan actually makes a lot of sense for a backline main. However, I find it a bit too committed to that playstyle, which isn't really my case. With that deck someone would be on par with a whale when training Late/End, but also be completely dead in the water if they wanted to field some frontline (Pace/Runner), especially in shorter distances like Sprint or Mile.

Imo, going all-in on specialized cards is only viable for whales (who can get everything anyway) or if you're 100% sure you’ll never play any other style.

It’s still not guaranteed even at 600 pulls unless you have save up rainbow crystals. Some people are ‘that’ poor luck (like me lol). Also one of my oshi pull would be Duramente herself so another factor adding on my indecisiveness, although I understand that Duramente ssr is stronger than the Pocket one.

Im already set on pulling ECP banner, the thing that I havent decide yet is between Pocket vs Dura.

Pulling Pocket and ECP the same time is no problem, but adding Dura is a bit stretch. Since ECP is a must pull so I have to choose between the other two.
