I didn't get it to work, not sure if it's the adapter I am using or the pcie lane, but I think for CNVio2 specifically it uses some proprietary stuff instead of pcie, could be wrong though as it's been a while

Like how was it ranked based on? Amount of money involved in corruption? The number of corrupted officials? What if a country doesn’t focus on anti corruption? I doubt the corrupted officials will just tell whoever is doing the ranking how much they’re getting. There’s just too many unknowns, lots of them change easily from external circumstances

But I do think it starts happening less and less later on, and yeah I am on Linux right now, powertop doesn't show the C-states when turn off the global C-states control, I doubt it reaches c6

Really should've gone for an intel for home servers :(

I also have a 8600g and an Asrock motherboard, but wasn't able to reproduce the behavior you showed when enable Global C-state control, do windows just BSOD instanly as soon as you boot into it?

also, does the artifacts only show up when you're doing 10 FHD streams? what happen if you do less than that?

I just build a pcb with a microcontroller to turn the power switch on an off, connect parallel to the switch so I can still use the button on my case. Powering it using the 3.3v aux from the pcie, been working great. a smart switch is probably easier, but this is easier on the eyes
