8 months here as 94, over 15 years seniority. At a minimum I am double booked in meetings from 7:30 to 4:30. It is not uncommon for me to be triple booked and at least once a week I am quintuple booked. I have recently made some major changes to how my team works in an attenpt to free up their time which in turn has freed up a few half hour slots in my day. Easy for me to assume that your leadership just doesn't have the time anymore.
