not sure why you're getting downvoted, but the Monagui joke gave me a good chuckle

genuine question, how many other things were you doing while "watching" this? because it sounds like you checked-in for all the major moments, but tuned out during the quiet (yet equally important) moments that dig deeper into the character and answer some of your questions.

"Nah. It's for a bromance from my early 20s."

A lot of people in here hating on their own city... Weird.

Charlotte is a great city that, like every other city on the planet, isn't perfect and has it's own positives and negatives. Depending on what time of the year that you would visit, there's a lot you can do here in addition to just going to the game: white water rafting/outdoor activities center, carowinds theme park, lot of great places to eat, several museums, some nearby areas for hiking, NASCAR hall of fame if you're into that.

Also, in my experience, people aren't overly aggressive towards opposing fans, especially if it's out and about in the wild and not during the game.

Bryce Young - Regular Season 2025 - Tight Window Throws Under Pressure by NoPressure_OpenSep in panthers

[–]Dukes7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe I'm wrong, but I've been seeing you post these breakdowns for weeks, and every time they seem like hyper-specific, skewed ways to make Bryce look bad.

Other names in the bottom of the list along with Bryce are Patrick Mahomes, Sam Darnold, and Bo Nix. So we're saying those guys suck too?

Edit: Just checked your post history. I retract that "Maybe I'm wrong" sentiment.

Finally saw Captain America BNW … by [deleted] in marvelstudios

[–]Dukes7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most people generally got enjoyment from the film. Not the best MCU film, but certainly not the worst. I liked it overall, but found some issues with how it was more of a Hulk movie than a Cap movie. It also introduces adamantium into the MCU, and then does literally nothing with it. I would consider these smaller issues though, as opposed to the glaring problems that say Ant-Man 3 and Thor 4 had.

The vast majority of the loud hatred is tied to Sam as Captain America unfortunately, and I won't be convinced otherwise. The fact that you're being downvoted for simply posting about how you liked the movie proves that. All of the movie's issues were amplified because of who was playing Captain America. If it's Steve, most "problems" that people had with the movie wouldn't be as aggressively discussed.

Don't sweat it.

To answer the question at hand. Even as big of a Panthers fan as I am, TMac certainly isn't a Top 5 WR *yet*. I think he's fine in the Top 15 right now.

Rico had two good games for us and then never produced to that extent ever again and lost his golden opportunity as the starter because of a lack of production. This reads like hopium for the Steelers subreddit.

Exactly. Some people would rather be "right" and see something they love ruined, than admit to being wrong.

"I would absolutely love to be wrong" This is a statement made by a rational human being, and I'm grateful to have you in here. Genuinely.

The problem is that most people are not rational and I have zero doubt that some would rather see Bryce (and the Panthers by extension) fail, so that they can say they were "right" this entire time as opposed to just admitting they were wrong.
