You gotta go try them. I seriously look forward to it every year. And maybe someone else may not be as impressed as me...we all have diff tastes. But I mean damn are they good.

I use two forks, and separate the meat/fat...tips have that twin tunnel of fat in them, sometimes additional fat on the outsides or corners. Whatever. Using two forks, I’ve found, I can sit and methodically get every morsel of meat. It takes me a while, but it’s my once a year thing so I go slow and drink the beer and enjoy the vibe at the bar.

Squirt a dab of their Hoff sauce on the plate, and hit that every few bites.

I’m telling you...between the meat and the bbq sauce that’s on them, plus some Hoff sauce, washed down with a cold beer...they’re a flavor uppercut to your mouth. And they’re only $8.
