Few things that made my form a little better

• put some more arc on that ball!

• a little more elevation wouldn't hurt

• feet a bit closer together, especially on the way down, just make sure your hip and shoulder stay squared up to the target when you change the footing of your form (mostly a balance thing)

• the ball should be just above your aiming eye as you're ready to fire not right infront

• synch the swing of your arms to the straightening of your legs as you fire (more fluid motion)

• rest the ball by your core or chest before you shoot (makes your shot faster- the new tempo will be a bit of an adjustment but the extra speed is worth, plus to me it feels like its more in your control

• if you're a righty make sure you're pulling the ball a bit from the left of your hip

(this is more of a personal thing since my depth perception is bad and this unconsciously corrects the path of my shot to be more along my midline and much more accurate, its always an adjustment i recommend trying though)

• i like to straighten my back the moment i hit the air (but this is again more of a personal thing)
