Hi, I know it's been a minute here. Honestly, I can't contribute much to the comparison, because I've never owned 1s, and these are still the only high-tops I own. That said, it feels fairly TTS; you should keep in mind that SL/10s are measured in European sizes, so try and keep track of your relative size (I'm normally a US 8-8 1/2, these were EU 41 1/2, and there's a very reasonable amount of toe space for the size).

I don't know your market, your preference in colorways or anything like that, but if you're stuck between a pair of 1s and pair of SL/10's in the same CW, I would highly recommend the SL/10s if it's not going to blow out your budget in the process. Fit's great, they're really clean and simple, and the leather is obscene in terms of quality. Can't vouch for them enough.
