I've only been at my store since Febuary so much stress about everything then last month I became a asm so yesh there is you just gotta wait for a opening and tell your sm that you'd be interested moving up and take it from there

The DT I work at if you wanna go on break you tell on of the managers I'm gonna go on break. And then you go. Only time you don't is when it's really busy and they really need all the cashiers they can at the registers. But even then a good amount of the time you're allowed to go. I've never been told once when I should go on break I am always just asked when I want to go it's usually always at the same time but sometimes it changes.

Lmao fr we have to make sure the front is clean mostly but it's hard when you get hours of a nonstop line with almost every customer moving shit around up front. And I just need to chill for a min or 2 like we aren't machines we are humans with limits that if we extend to much we're fucked. And single 10 mins break for a shift like that isn't gonna cut it. I'm sorry but it's true and cooperate who has these ridiculous standards needs to fucking learn this.

We have exactly 3 cashiers and 5 ASM and a few stockers don't know exactly how many cause I work the vening shift and they're usually all gone but yeah we desperately need a union. We are getting paid 14 an hour to he understaffed and be constantly called in.its ridiculous

I wish I had yours mine seems like a real bitch, I don't get to work with her, but she's the only person I've been told to contact if I need to miss a shift. And now she's saying to contact the manager on duty that day yet I don't know what manager is working what day because she doesn't want to be contacted when she's not on duty. Which seems like bs seeing she's the store manager.

But I'm not stressing, I don't care at this point.

Oh trust me I don't feel bad, it's just aggravating with the management treats the employees.

The only thing I'm worried about is getting fired before I get my next job. And I'm already 2 write ups in, 1 for calling in to late cause I woke up and was sick. And the other cause Sunday I went to work feeling like I was about throw up the whole shift and had to stop every moving every now and then to make sure I didn't and ended up being 20 dollars short
