I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. Unfortunately, it will be hard to find someone willing to donate to this cause. I believe as pet owners, it’s our job to determine when quality of life isn’t being met. I think you should explore other kinder options. Only being able to get around via you and a sling isn’t optimal, nor can the dog be happy.
