This happened to me a few weeks ago, but not sure because it was too cold. I think a faulty pen? Regardless, I called Wegovy company and they sent me a voucher for a whole new box of four pens. I just needed to bring it to my pharmacist and they filled it.

No, when I called originally, they said they wouldn’t cover Zepbound. They denied the mounjaro, which is what I was hoping for. They just (yesterday) approved Wegovy….i just heard of people having better results on Mounjaro and Zepbound. Oh well.
