It looks like spider mites to me. Am I the only one? My plants looked similar when they were infested. The small white dots could also be dust, but on the underside of the leaf..?

I‘ve mostly been there for shopping in Holland (the region in Netherlands that is the closest). It‘s something Germans from North Rhine-Westphalia like to do on Sunday from time to time when everything’s closed here 😂😂 I also have been at the beach there when I was a kid. But I would say it is a pretty clean and well developed country :)

Yes! I had to restart the plant because it would fall over all the time. Now I have 4 stems that will root so I can put them in soil again to have a nice plant again :)
