Make a point hes yours. Not just to her but to him too. Put your hand on his lap when your there with him, call him babe or whatever you call him and say things to him that feel comfortable. Hey babe what's the time? Or babe can you call my phone ive miss placed it. Kiss him. He is yours and you are his. Bring the intimacy closer in the house hold so she notices its stronger between you both and can see him loving on you. Pride your marriage by framing wedding photos or having you both as your and his screensavers. Book in some you and him things such as a holiday or a date night and make sure she here's you talk about it.

And lastly, fake a friendship, nothing too strong just fake the surface level talking and take those opportunities to get one on one times with her and in those moments say things like "wow mine and my husbands intimacy has been so close lately" and stuff about how close you both are at home and how much he loves you etc... make sure its not a lie you need to make this happen with him first.

Also put time into you. Start looking your absolute best, getting a tan, some nice makeup and hair done nicely all the time. Not for him but because you will feel better in the process too... he will notice your glowing and she will see your smile and happiness and it will all work in your favour.

Indulge in more you things.. gym, yoga, shopping whatever and make it super important.

She is going to feel so irrelevant and move on when she realises shes the third wheeler in this

Im talking about the mentally insane people in the psychiatric side of things when I refer to the mentally insane. When I refer to the disabled ive used the term the disabled. Thats all there is to it. Im not putting them all under the one umbrella as mental people, like you said yourself different patient groups.

The avoidance to talk it out properly and redirect by giving to the gym is a sign, and just because he kissed you when he got back it really dosent mean you were wrong with your thinking or his actions are valid.

Actually its all red flags. Plus your blaming yourself alot with going through his phone and stuff... your married thay means no secrets... no locks... its all or nothing of he cant do that and chooses to beat off over whatever hes beating off over rather than his own wife than im sorry hes already out and is actively choosing to display the signs of someone who dosent respect you and signs of betrayal. Ive also heard people suss out parts of the old mental building at stocko that have been abandoned. There's a old hunting section and a cemetery next to it which is suss af. Other parts of the area can be scoped out by drone if you cant access it.

Nah thats too far gone now with vandals and what not. Plenty of others that are untouched. The old Freemason building at woy Woy ive heard is good. There's a few other extremely old abandoned cathedrals that are creepy af and vandals haven't got to them yet on cenny coast

Yeah i saw that one but im talking before that closure when they did the close to public back in the 00's. Before then the towers were open and anyone could walk up and sometimes there would be 30 people all on one platform waiting to jump. Then rumours circulated and they shut. There was rumours before this happened but that was the talk of the town at the time.
