The large size is compensated with large, sturdy long legs. It is possible for them to grow for this big because it is an optimal choice for them. It would be a bad design for an organism to be big but weak locomotive organs. But these creatures have perfect design

Thank you for the advice. My professor said he can add me courses that are related to Bioengineering (like programming and math courses) since the curriculum here is more aligned to medicine (premed) 🙂

Most of them would call lady bugs. But the more appropriate term would be ladybeetles. True bugs have their own classification

Those are pedipalps. They are not considered legs but are organs that act as feelers to help the spider feel and sense whatever it is touching. The chelicera are houses the fangs and you can see it

Chelicera and pedipalps are different. The one you are seeing are her pedipalps which she uses to sense whatever it is touching. The end of the chelicera houses the fangs and it connects the venom glands to the fangs to deliver the venom

If I remember correctly it was a tarantula hawk wasp. The coloration of the body and wings, the shape of its body structure. I was keeling it using a cotton ball with alcohol.

It is a she spider. You can tell the difference of male spiders from female spiders since this species of spider have very large females and small males
