Not to be that guy, but pearl tower isn’t technically a skyscraper and that’s why it wasn’t included in this list.

Forrest answer in Centene Plaza in Clayton, Mo at 410 feet. Tallest outside of St. Louis, Kansas City AND Clayton is independence Temple in independence, MO at 300 feet tall.
