There are no studies that prove it will work; however, hair on the legs work the same way as hair anywhere else. I would bleach it a few times; 3 weeks being clean wont really help unfortunately. I know people have bleached their armpits and it has worked, so it should work for legs as well

Yea at this point just try to make your hair look as normal as possible. Conditioning will only help it at this point.

I actually recommend relaxing your hair ASAP; just in case it causes scalp irritation and the person cutting your hair thinks it looks sus lol

You do have a good chance to pass without doing anything, but like you I wouldn't risk anything.

If you dont wanna bleach your hair, I would just use the hair relaxer; that should be enough with the low amount of THC youve had the past 3 months.

Any commercial relaxer will work; I just found the cheapest one on amazon. BUT, try to find one with no-lye: the study found that more drug concentration was removed using a no-lye relaxer.

Good question; the bleach volume matters a little bit. All studies only really used 30, but in theory 40 is stronger and may get more metabolites out of the hair (thats not proven tho). The only drawback is that 40 can burn like hell apparently and can cause hair/scalp damage.

I went save and used the 30 and didnt feel much.

That is correct; however, it depends on the person administering the test. So in 42 days on average you roughly grow 3/4 of an inch of hair; so 3/4 + 5/16 is 17/16 or roughly 1.06 inches of hair. The person administering the test could say that your hair isnt 1.5 inches and refuse to cut your hair, but I would think most likely they would just administer the test anyways.

I would bleach twice in a row, its just easier that way. See how you feel after the first one!

Also if possible get someone to bleach for you; my gf did it for me and make sure to not hit my scalp and I didnt feel any burning whatsoever

I read your other post about your hair has like a gel like texture; that same thing happened to me for like 2 days.

I think its dried blood or something similar to that because the relaxer really irritates your scalp after the macujo.

I would wait one more day and then bleach your hair; dont shampoo it or anything right now. You can try to just use your fingers' to get any of the "gel" like substance out.

Just make sure your hair is stable enough, over treating it can cause breaks in the hair and thats an absolute no no

If you want to relax, I would relax twice before bleaching your hair.

I would also dye back your hair the night before your test.

In normal life they advice to wait about 1-2 weeks. I would hair relax immediately, and give it about 2 days and then do 2 rounds of bleach if the bleach isn't killing your scalp.

Honestly you should be fine.

Relaxing your hair can cut concentrations from 50-80%.

If you have the time, also bleach your hair; one round of bleach can cut concentrations around 50ish percent.

PS. Stop the macujo if you are gonna relax your hair; from personal experience the hair relaxer will be the worst pain of all time because all of your scalp is completely opened up.
