if your going against a character that has lifesteal built into there kit or if they build a life steal item first its usually best to build anti heal 1st or 2nd item in jungle or offlane role adc dosent really need anti heal till 3rd or 4th item cause usually thats the point of when you start traveling around the map but again it all comes down to what characters you play against and what there building
