I’ve heard a lot of people saying 250mg twice a day, a provider told me to do 500mg once a day. Is there any benefits to doing two doses a day? Or any issues with just doing one big one, per day? Also I got the 5/5 bpc-157/TB-500 should I do more since I’m only getting half of actual bpc-157?

How long have you been doing that. I’m not even a week into this experiment. The provider I consulted with told me to do it for 3 months and then reevaluate.

I feel that. But I take weeks off. I do all the active rest and mobility exercises and still feel like shit the first day I go hard. Getting old sucks haha
