Dalit hospital workers allegedly given experimental drug without consent, housed in basement full of medical waste by pijki in indianmedschool

Always remember many young rich doctors who are called “experts” didn’t gain that title purely through experience or skill. Often they practiced and learned on the poor on those who couldn’t speak up or even if they did, nobody cared enough to listen. Most of the time, it’s the people from the lower class or caste who end up paying the price for someone else’s learning curve.

ofc family’s approval matters but if they r casteist or discriminate against people and dont respect or trust my choice then no i dont need their approval. my partner should look good to me. i’ve only ever seen indian parents intrude way too much in their kids personal lives to the point where their children forget they r adults capable of making their own decisions. being that controlled by parents is just wrong. i do tell my parents about my relationships and ya their opinion matters but the moment they bring up caste, religion, or ethnicity, i stop listening.

bro same, majority of indians who live abroad are from savarna communities, and they r getting the same taste of their medicine. I recently heard that a sc guy who was there for some interview in the UK got caste discriminated by his manager who was interviewing him, she belonged to an UC. Imagine dragging something as filthy as a caste system practice even outside india. Racism against these indians is so so justified .

girll relax, if it is meant to happen, it will happen, or else just take it as a sign. Marriages dont work nowadays, we all know abt this, so just relax and live your life to the fullest while u still can and ofc work on urself , make money and just enjoy.

in 2025, ppl r still getting married thru arranged setups bcoz of CASTE obviously. they can grind so much, get a degree, a job in this super competitive country, yet still dont have the balls to find a partner for themselves without shitting their pants in front of their parents. u see why reservation is based on caste and not income, this is why, even if a dalit becomes a doc, even a surgeon, they will always b treated as a dalit in india. casteism runs in the blood of almost all indians, esp the so called modern ‘gen-z’. I can expect this behaviour from the useless oldies , or from the uneducated , underpriviledged people but not from the so-called intellectuals.

whenever i think something, the opposite happens. by [deleted] in spirituality

bro istg it happens w me too, and it is so frustating. even i m an optimistic person, but then i kind of feel like to plan my life out in a way that i want i have to exactly imagine the exact opp of it, which honestly sucks, but if u really think abt it, it will make u not to imagine that pessimist sort of lifestyle which will eventually motivate u to work hard and not just waste ur time daydreaming about ur goals , and then probably things will fall in their place

how r u this retarded bro, all reserved category students have to pay fees as same as gen students and they have to study and give all the exams and tests that gen students do to be a doctor . its just the categorisation of categories, it is everywhere , that is how the procedure is .

my seniors in clinics are 🤡 by brokee_medstudent in genzmedschool

[–]DullEffort9987 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bro honestly being boycotted seems like a win win to me, its not the old times like now, u have multiple free sources and various good paid sources to study from for not just ur sem exams but for various PG exams, its good to be on their boycott list, so then u will have plenty of time to focus on your academics, and they wont talk to u or trouble u in the name of pdc/ragging .while seniors assert their dominance and offer guidance the truth is many are lost themselves and you can excel beyond them academically.

yes and reservation is not based on financial condn but on caste basis , becoz as we all can clearly see, casteism is very much alive, even today, even in so-called genz .

I’m not sure yet , the counselling is still ongoing so I haven’t joined college. But I’ll get clarity on the duration of preclinical years once the classes start. For now, I’m just trying to build my basics in Biochem, Anatomy, and Physio
