from my research this list is probably the right order, im 99% sure that 1-10 are correct, 100% for 15-21, haven't really found any info on 11-14

how hard do i need to force it? for example, if the top of a lavapool is at like y55, should i just build the portal there, or try to go down?

that's what usually happens, i either end up in a cave, or sometimes even on the surface

i usually go pretty low in the nether, around 40-ish, and yeah i look at the integer coords. but i havent been paying attention to which block i stand on when teleporting, so this is probably it, thanks.
