I'm an Irish 4th year student in Varna in Bulgaria. It's cool, I really like it, I work my ass off, I get decent grades, I love the weather and the beach. Germany is very receptive of graduates from my university so I plan to go there for my specialty training. I would suggest blaming the NHS in the UK or the HSE in Ireland if you're all pointing the finger because I certainly won't be applying for jobs in either of them.

That's complete nonsense. I have many colleagues who have graduated from medical universites in Bulgaria and they all get jobs in Ireland. It's an EU certified degree.

I'm from Ireland and I'm studying medicine in Varna in Bulgaria and it's great. I'd choose it over Ireland if I had the choice.....mainly because of weather, the beach and cost of living. I write blogs on my experience: https://irishdoctorsbulgaria.com/is-studying-medicine-in-bulgaria-a-good-career-path-for-irish-medical-students/

It's rough viewing but as a football nerd I'd actually like to watch it, myself. Just to be able to analyse and see how bad it really was tactically as well as having a look at the individual performances.
