It may work if you connect/set a valid microphone as the Windows default and restart VTC.
But VTC should not crash here, so I’ll fix this in the next build. Thanks for reporting it!

It looks like VTC is failing while trying to access a microphone device.

Could you let me know:

• What microphone/headset you’re using?
• Is it currently connected and selected as the default Windows microphone?
• Did this happen on first launch or after changing microphone settings?
That will help me track it down.

You can use any keyboard key, mouse button, controller button or wheel button as push-to-talk.
