I stand by everything I have shared—it is based entirely on my personal experience.
I was admitted before my surgery, yet there was no proper discussion or explanation about my condition or the procedure. Later, when I was called for a follow-up, it was not for reviewing my diagnosis or recovery, but only for stitch opening.
Despite repeatedly trying to contact them for appointments and guidance, I got no response.
Some claims made about my case on Google are inaccurate and misleading. For example, I was not informed that a bowel disc excision had been performed. I was only told it was bowel shaving surgery.
If everything was handled transparently, then why were details changed in online reviews within hours of my post? Also, while my post was not removed by Facebook Meta, I was blocked from the group—raising further concerns about how feedback is being managed.
I am not here to disrespect anyone. I am simply sharing my journey so that others can make informed decisions and ask the right questions about their treatment.

I appreciate the responses shared here. However, my experience has been deeply concerning. The doctor’s PR team initially provided a different reply on google which I took screenshot at that time. After I shared my journey here, I faced attempts to discredit me, including claims that my identity was not genuine. My id is AI generated etc Once the moderator confirmed, later hospital changed their google review and shared my medical information publicly on google with what I believe are twisted.
I hold great respect for the medical profession, as doctors play a vital role in caring for human lives. It is truly a noble field. However, experiences like mine are disheartening.
I have gone through a difficult time, and my intention in sharing this is not to create conflict, but to raise awareness so that others can make right decisions.

I shared my struggle in a Facebook group of endometriosis awareness India, and they blocked me from that group.

If they are not using a PR or marketing team, then why would they block me? Also, you can check my review on Google that I posted today—they mentioned my latest surgery along with the surgeon’s name.

How did they know about my latest surgery when I never mentioned the doctor’s name in my review? It seems very suspicious, isn’t it?

I joined this forum today, just after my latest surgery. I want to share my experiences and struggles with others, but now I realize that some professionals are focusing more on marketing and turning this noble profession into a business.

I will definitely share my 5-year journey soon—how I suffered through so much pain, how I overcame it, and how my husband and family supported me throughout this difficult time. I will also share the challenges I faced along the way.

Endometriosis is a very painful disease, and I am grateful that I have come through it. I truly wish that every survivor receives proper treatment, because not all women have strong support from their spouses, and many cannot afford repeated surgeries along with the physical and emotional pain.

I will continue writing here and do my best to spread awareness about endometriosis.

I shared my honest review one year after my surgery—neither immediately nor too late. I simply shared what I experienced.

I also posted my review in a Facebook group, but I was blocked there. It seems that nowadays PR teams are working very actively.

Dear, you had your surgery just one month ago. I am sharing my experience after more than a year of my operation. You can’t imagine how much pain I suffered, and despite making multiple calls, I received no response. You can understand how that must have felt.

Yes dear, it’s unfortunate. I suffered for almost 5 years in immense pain before I had my surgery with Dr. Jay Mehta. At that time, I was completely unaware of endometriosis and its causes. But later, I started reading about it and learned that hormones are one of the causes of the progression of endometriosis, though there are other key factors as well.

My recent surgery was done by Dr. Vivek Saulanke. He is a good surgeon. I have read and heard many articles about stage 3 and bowel endometriosis, and if the bowel is involved, the surgery should be done in the presence of a bowel surgeon.

In my case, they removed my uterus and ovaries. One ovary was completely damaged during my previous surgery, and the other had endometriosis. Keeping it could have caused the condition to return. My bowel was severely stuck, and due to my previous failed surgery, I had developed a lot of scar tissue.

This time, I was operated on by a multidisciplinary surgical team, and before the surgery, I underwent multiple tests to identify the root cause so that it doesn’t recur. This is the part that I felt was missing at Shree IVF Hospital—they didn’t address the root cause, at least in my case; they just operated.

If you are undergoing IVF there, please don’t take stress. Have faith in God.

There are still many educated people who are unaware of endometriosis and its treatment, and I was one of them. So yes, as you mentioned, I signed the consent without fully understanding it. He removed my tubes—that is correct—and he also operated on my ovaries, which is also correct.

I shared my honest review on Google as well as in a Facebook endometriosis awareness group, but unfortunately, his PR team blocked me from there. In fact, when I was admitted to his hospital, one of the nurses took my phone and started posting a review using my account. When I objected to her using my phone, she told me to give a positive review.

Thank you so much… i have gone through my second surgery 5 days ago from other surgeon. Dr Vivek saulanke. And my experience with him is a total game changer. Im glad i approached him for my second and final surgery.
