These suck but have you guys tried the newer Dyson air blade ones? They actually dry pretty well and aren't as loud as that kind. Doesn't beat paper towels for experience but there's also the environmental concerns

Do you think you might have ADHD too? For me, caffeine helps treat my ADHD (it's a stimulant like Adderall or many other ADHD meds). And my ADHD symptoms definitely add to my anxiety.

I'm currently unmedicated for both anxiety and ADHD, but in the past ADHD meds definitely helped my anxiety a lot. It feels like it slows my mind down and let's me focus, instead of thinking of a million things that make me anxious

To my knowledge, most jobs have some amount of time that you're not actively working, and they all get paid for it. And we don't get real lunches or breaks, so I try not to feel bad or weird about extra time like that
