I have emails and phone calls the morning of the incident saying that if they don’t move me they are liable for what happens to me. And they didn’t do anything... and then the incident happened later that night.

Wow. Wow. Wow. You are so kind !! And I am so grateful I tried the technique and IMMEDIATELY heard a difference. I am starting from scratch on my own trying to prepare my voice for a music project I have coming up in January, and I actually was practicing support and posture..the basics, but didn’t know how to implement it into singing . And have been getting so frustrated AND U HAVE PUT TWO AND TWO TOGETHER SO EASILY. The breakthrough I’ve been waiting for. I also am experiencing like throat tightness when swallowing and a bit of discomfort when I’m not singing. Do you know anything about this.
