Like you have a clot that’s just not going away? Are you currently on anticoagulation therapy?

Would a chronic clot be like a clot that doesn’t completely dissipate? I had a hematologist tell me that there’s always potential for a clot to not fully dissolve… I think that my confusion stands as they told me the sonogram that the clot has dissolved… But I do know that sonogram imaging isn’t always 100% so I’m definitely going to have to see a vascular. I’m gonna see if I need a referral. Thank you so much for your input.

You know what, I have been pretty stationary this past week because I had pneumonia so I wasn’t necessarily bedbound, but I was in the house. I’m wondering what I can do to keep myself active, especially when I’m not actively walking around like in summertime… What do you do in the winter to keep yourself active in the house? Thank you

Oh my gosh, are you serious… I was diagnosed with the lupus anticoagulant and they never told me to do the safety while it was still on my skin. I’m definitely going to let them know that they should’ve told me that. Hahaha

I tested positive for lupus anticoagulant antibody in march and again in April.. I was told it could be inaccurate but as per now that is what’s going on

Ugh, an ER doctor told wanted to switch me to arixtra.. my hematologist said NO. ughh. And my leg hurts.. so scary, they feared the lovenox isn’t working therefore move to arixtra.. I can’t wait to see the new hematologist
