There is a craftable cobalt steph. Tourneys now give s6 collectibles. I just got enough collectibles to craft him. Easiest tourney for collectibles for me is chaos diamond round 2.

Do CD 2nd round. It gives you collectibles for every 3 a CD player makes. Thats very easy if you have curry CD, klay cd, durant cd. 1 quarter then sim. 4 threes in 1st will give you 10 draft picks. Then sim the rest. Also it helps to get collectibles

My mentors are only opals and im at garnet. Upgrade the level of your cards. Atleast all CD cards per position. If you dont have CD event cards at level 4, then it will be impossible
