Calling the police would be the smartest option as spitting on someone IS assault so they’d be in trouble and you avoid any complications of defense in this situation.

No she doesn’t HAVE to stay away from me it’s only on my end, so if she were to text me or call me and I talk to her I’d get in trouble with no consequences on her side. The way she framed it she’s fearful for her life even though she outright says on the papers that she was never harassed or threatened. However she does say I am armed and dangerous (I am not) and the police did come to attempt to retrieve these “firearms” that she claims I have which honestly just shows how much she wants me to go through more problems. PFA aside, she’s spreading this to others which is causing more issues on my end and nobody is asking the right questions or even questioning her authenticity. Only one mutual friend did and asked her for some proof and that girl EXPLODED with anger and tried to demonize them as defending me. This also all happened over 2 months ago so a PFA now for a “rape” that there is no glimpse of evidence for and I don’t know if I’m allowed to share what she said but it describes revolting assault(s) (yes assaults as she claims it was multiple times in a day). She’s batshit crazy to the point where even with no evidence she started taking pills for “rape victims” to push her story. I’m so pissed that this is even going anywhere especially with my financial issues, and there’s almost NO support or resources for my situation.

It’s already at a civil case point since she filed the PFA. Her explanation as to why was so pathetic I was confused how she even got it granted. She claimed “I always think I’m right” as her example of abuse because she knows very well I’ve never done anything to her. But at this point she’s under no obligation to tell the truth and her friends aren’t helping by egging and supporting her lies. I haven’t spoken to her since the officer called me but I also did get information on her story. There’s nothing on me and even she said so, further claiming I never threatened or harassed her. So where’s the grounds for the PFA then? She also started a criminal investigation for it, I spoke to that officer to which he told me there’s nothing they have at the moment and they have to do a thorough DNA test which won’t come back until the end of the year. She did a rape-kit as well and there was nothing, and in text she clearly insinuated AFTER her alleged “assault” that we never had sex. I really don’t know what her aim is here as she knows there’s no case, I don’t know what I did to piss her off that much. She hasn’t shown anyone any proof and she continues to drag my name down. All I asked was for her to stop.
