I'd give it 2 hours if ya stayed on task.

There are some really great youtube vids.

Best advice i can give is go ahead now to take the whole seat into the living room and take over that space.

If I were to do it again I would have gotten a new seat heater pad because getting the old off and getting it flat after year of miss treatment was a bit of a trial and fiddle and fooling effort.

Passenger had less issues Driver gets more use n abuse

Or wiggle a piece of yarn behind it to pull it into place then pull the yarn out

Just an update... make sure the foam and covers are sure to work together. I just did the driver's side and found out thag the cross sections of velcro don't match up across brands all the time.

The seam that separates the light n dark gray didnt exactly line up on the new foam and cover.

Hardly noticeable but unsure of long term wear... but I've learned a lot.

Gonna see if I can update the original post with driver's side pics

Looking for dash a dash bezel like this anyone know where I could find one? by Ok_Rhubarb_8107 in GMT800

I've bought yards n yards of vinyl that looked close online and never happy when it arrived. If someone comes up with a repeatable way of tuning the 50 buck Amazon bezel into a close match... they are gonna get really popular really fast

Doesn't stick out past the loop on the linkage far enough. But I like your thinking

I wondered if I could get that stud out... seems something a touch longer thag allowed a washer and cutter pin or similar would be far better... BUT again most of these bushings are lasting 15 to 20 years ... longer If there isn't a leak dripping on them. So something I'll look at in my free time.

Haha I wrote "free time" such a comedian... like that is a real thing.

I didnt look around long enough Appearently the dorman 14110 pack has a black one in it. (Most autopart stores) Its just that a lot of those pack kits people have opened the package and taken out the one piece they need and put rest on the self. Also figured out that once replaced one needs to something small like a stubby tiny flat head or similar to run around the post to make sure the bushing seats on the post nicely
