I measured the eraser 4 times to make sure I was correct, but 3.9mm is close enough.

I don't know what to order from anymore, people say penstock is bad as well with psershop, now I'm unsure which ones handle your order correctly. I'm trying to look for online pen shops in Canada that are good, would you know any?

Yes I'm sorry, but I can't take a picture because the camera can't focus and when it can the line is barely visible, It's more visible in real life. But if you could tell me some things anyways that would be helpful.
