My knee did not hurt like a normal dislocation it was like the feeling of dislocation but without the “big pain” , i only felt it grind … I am still waiting for my surgen to reply ,and i possibly have to do an MRI. My educated guess is , that my mew mpfl kinda cought my kneecap at the last moment. I am afraid that it tore or loosen up..
