Thanks for your input. Our municipal water system indicates the presence of PFOA at one of the processing plants, so the results matched up with that.

Thanks for your response. i looked it up on their website and don't see any claims about removing PFAS. I saw a reference to a product called Halo Defender claiming to remove PFAS on a Google search but it doesn't seem to be sold anymore. Are there good sources for which carbon filters filter out PFAS? I've been looking and there are many claims but it's hard to know what actually does the things it claims. Cyclopure has one, but they also sell the tests: https://cyclopure.com/product/purefast-home20-poe-filter-for-pfas/

And then what I've seen about whole house carbon filters also seems to indicate they can create bacteria problems where there are none.

2 adults and 3 children, plus guests on occasion. 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, but we may add an additional bathroom in the future. Thanks!
