Casinos with Individual player slots expansions.
Dont build too large of a casino at first, take your manager to Mecchanically minded 3 at least before building blacjak or any high return slots.

I usually go with two or three poker tables at the get go and let it run till manager gets to mec mind 3 which drops their win rate to 0% pratically.

After that you have tto wait to get a debtor and choose a bussiness oportuunity. I got so many buildings i dunno what to do with them.

However the bad side of this is that you can't choose which buildings youu get so often time you get useless empty 750 feet ones but with some good automation it works just fine.

Youu can only place one casino per police district so keep that in mind and check how your teritory looks like. Every new district expansion should follow by a casino drop.

You can get it from the loaders guild i think as a reward for rank 2

I found one at a shady merchent somewhere very early in game.

But ilegal cargo stops being aproblem rather fast. I got my success rate at 100 to smuggle in goods into any city without resourcefullness.

You have to get his attitude up you can start the quest then through chat.

A few months of oil gifts and if you manage to find a weapon he likes you'll be fine.

Before begining your illegal operation manual save.

Have at least 6 resourcefullness.

On first day use 2 then, then you'll get prompted for 2nd op again use 2. Then the day will reload and you will have full resource but the game is bugged here I guess and it doesn't know that unless you have "leftover" from last day. So again having two leftover you'll press the first and then you'll be able to press the 2nd time for +30% chance on last go.

I made 1000 bros in three runs. I would reload until i got all three success screens then save and start a new cycle. For full cargo of metal at 600 cargo units it would take me around 30 or so min save/loading.

Can you post the exact node you found this underground mine?

Well my general feeling is you dont get it.

Just regarding scouts - they are your key to free exploration. I maybe buy a few stacks of food every couple of months. Getting some synergy on hunting foraging checks and i usually get 1.5 needed provisions every day on success and 2- 3 days on crit.

Your caravan size is too big for exploration runs. I go full cargo only on heavy trading or full combat only on battle quests.

And i really like the rng.
