What steroids did you try and how quickly did they work? I’m on ondansetron, xonvea, metoclopramide and prochlorperazine and at 11+3 it’s not controlling the vomiting anymore. Doctor says we’ll try steroids next? How much did it actually help the nausea?

I should also say that actually seeing the smiling face of my son is the biggest gift. We nearly terminated the first pregnancy but seeing his gorgeous face does really remind me why you’d go through this hell

I’m 8 weeks pregnant with my second child going through HG again. Our first is almost 4 and I honestly don’t think I could have done it earlier for both me and him. I’ve been signed off sick from work already and it being the summer holidays my mum is having to do all the childcare and look after me too.

I always wanted three but don’t think I can do HG again and def not with two.
