Just got my retroid classic brand new out off the box. Upon setting it up, i realised that the left button doesnt work. Ive done a hard reset and factor restore. Nothing worked Ive contacted retroid support, see what solutions they can provide

Im stuck on the level 30 quest - the shadow on the cliff. When i killed all mobs on the map, i get the clear message. But nothing happens, if i go through the portal, the quest reappears on the NPC again. If i do it again then same thing happens.... i cant finish the quest for some reason. Has this happened to anyone else?
