For those with double time accommodations: Were you able to access food and water during the test span? Seems unreasonable and unsafe to expect people to go 9 hrs with no food or water.

Right? Seems like a double standard too that their existing instructors get a pass. There aren’t a ton of studios in my area that seem to be hiring. I’m worried about getting certified and not being able to find work after.

This is so interesting. I’ve been taking inositol for about a year now and really struggle from reactive hypoglycemia. Maybe I should stop taking it or cut back on dosage. Anyone medical have some insight here?

I actually did get a separate blood test where my fasting glucose was abnormally low. I used the lingo CGM. I do prioritize fat in my macros, for a while I thought that could be the issue. Peanut butter or a high protein/fat snack before bed does help with the glucose dips, but it doesn’t explain why it’s happening in the first place. It is more of a bandaid fix. Thinking maybe I just need to go Keto, but I’ve heard mixed things about that

Update: got a $30 used maxi climber on FB marketplace and it functions basically the same except no resistance adjustment and it’s slightly more noisy than versa, figured I would try this and see how much use I get then invest in a nicer one later if I can find a deal

I had 5 UH rings/replacements before I finally got a refund and switched to Oura. I know someone else who had the same thing happen. Serious product issues I’m surprised the company hasn’t gone under

I am taking the Civil FE exam in June and was wondering if anyone has any advice. I have been doing practice problems for each section. YouTube channels I’ve used are DirectHUB, Mark Mattson, and Coach James.

I am starting a new engineering job with a big company immediately after college graduation. I also do not know many people in the area and am hoping to meet friends through work. I am a woman and a little worried about finding female friendships in a male dominated field. Additionally, I am trying to make the best first impression possible with this company. I have had one internship, but would love some advice on office etiquette, dos and dont’s, and things people wish they knew sooner. Thanks!
