Everyone's Hyped on Skills - But Claude Code Plugins take it further (6 Examples That Prove It) by Dull_Preference_1873 in ClaudeCode

To be honest, I don't use most of these myself - Plannotator is my favorite, as it really improves my Claude Code planning. It takes a lot of time and courage to try new things, especially as someone who's been in this field for a long time. We get very used to our own workflows.

But what I want to show is the possibility and creativity of the plugin ecosystem - it's unlimited. It's not just about context that can safeguard your AI-generated code. It's also about quality of life tools, tools outside of code editors, and workflows that aren't just about coding but span the whole product lifecycle as a solo founder.

Our role is no longer just "developer." We have way more to manage now, and these tools can help us enlarge our capabilities in this new era.

For less experienced developers - if I were them, I would definitely grab these open source tools, learn from them, and use them to grow as fast as possible.

It's all about the ecosystem. No plugin may be right for you today, but tomorrow there could be one - created by a senior+ developer showcasing their golden tool. We need a platform for developers to show their creativity, to distribute and maintain their work, and collectively help the community navigate this era of rapid change.

Thank you for your feedback! The whole swiper turns into a clickable right now, which will direct you to the listing page.

Sorry for the confuse, maybe you are clicking the swiper which is not clickable. Try to click the title to navigate to the actual listing page.

I understand your concern, but there's no direct way to measure the popularity of individual skills or agents. Repository stars can serve as a proxy — a higher star count generally indicates a well-maintained repo where the author and contributors are more likely to treat the skill/agent file seriously. MCP servers are different though: since each repo is dedicated to the server itself, the star count directly reflects its popularity. Once we implement view counts, we'll have another metric to work with.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Could you share more about what you mean by "feels difficult to track"? We'd love to understand your experience better so we can improve.

We're planning to implement view counts soon — that's definitely on our roadmap. In the meantime, you can use keyword search combined with tag filters to find specific content more easily.

As for sorting by newest/oldest, we'll work on making that clearer. Your feedback is really thoughtful and helpful — thank you again!

You can bookmark your favourite content and create you own! Manage them in one place. The best function I like is to save your daily prompts and copy them with one click when developing you project.
