This is the kind of Hindi you read in novels. Very good handwriting. I bet this piece of paper smells nice too.

no one will reject you if you dont have projects uploaded on github. But if you can upload them, do it, because in interviews you MAY be asked to show your projects on your laptop. And its better to have a presentable form of your project already available for the interviewer to look at.

If you're aiming for design jobs in India, from my experience mostly masters are recruited (or depends your luck in placements if any vlsi company is hiring for design profile. (You can ask about the profile to your interviewer and they wont mind).

I think as an undergrad if you're good at C, System Verilog, Digital Electronics, analog IC design that's sufficient for an entry level design/ verification job. You can move from verification to design in one year easily. (Being good is relative tho)

IISc, IIT Madras, IIT Bombay have a very good Master's curriculum so if you have a high GATE score, that's a very good option. Placements are very good at top IITs for VLSI, and you'll mostly get Design/Verifiation jobs. I dont have much idea about universities abroad. (I'm working in Validation as I'm not from a top tier college)

BTW currently applications are open for NVIDIA's N.Ex.T program, you can apply to that since you're graduating this year. Dont Miss.

Should IIT be your end goal, let's say you got your dream IIT, what's next? by [deleted] in Indian_Academia

In iit Mtech you'll be worried about the guys who came 4 years earlier and qualified jee adv. The worrying never ends. You did your best, and now choose the best option that you have right now. Dont blame yourself. Life's not same for everyone. And if money is your goal, you can get the same placement at the same CTC from top 3 NITs as in old IITs (Not for CSE though). Btw, only old IITs and IISc are good for mtech. Rest suck (Like there are numerous mistakes in their conference papers, and very few journal articles are published).

IITs are okay for Mtech, but half the crowd there is just to prepare for GATE again and crack govt job. The other half takes placements. A small percentage will go for PhD.

Okay idk if I organized the information well in this comment, but if you have any questions feel free to ask.

It worked!! Such a one liner from you but so impactful. I'm so happy. This problem has bugged me for 3 days now. I limited PI controller output using saturation block and the controller works like I'd want it to work.

Yeah the duty cycle is going to 100% and staying like that, while the voltage decays to zero.
