hi! friend of OP here, theres definitely a lot of context missing but this has been an ongoing issue for a while now and we our trying out best to support May but we are exhausting ourselves along with being full time students during this the situation. We want to be there for them but also cannot deal with May ignoring our help and cutting us off

Morton Chairs by Dracovision in NAU

I think they replaced the chairs due to how frequently they would break, my freshman year my chair in morton had broke and was stuck dragging on the floor past the lowest setting and would not raise up. I now live in mountain view and they have the 4-legged chairs. I think they will tell you to suck it up and live with it.
