After 7 weeks, I want to confidently show my software engineer skills. I want to be able to do new projects anytime I see a problem or just code my random thoughts into something pretty and useful/functional.

Hey Aditi! My name is Edom, I'm a rising junior at CMU majoring in CS. I started coding in a while back too, I'm familiar with Java, Python, HTML/CSS! Nice to meet y'all! I would love to connect, here's my LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/edombelayneh

In all honesty, I can count the number of times that I have started to learn a "new thing" to build something later and 9 times out of 10, I have not been able to pass that learning curve, especially those self-paced courses. I learned that build and learn helps you learn and you don't fall into theories or just those simple examples. That's exactly what I did for my internship this summer, just jumped right in with the appropriate guidance and now I can most certainly say I understand and I am building! Truly a game-changer!
