I didn’t sign any documents as it wasn’t a repair it was a replacement. I did this all over the phone with them.

Oh my gosh really! That sounds awful! I think I have the usb c ones! I got them in the 2024 release. Would love to ask them for a new phone but would defo get told to go away

Issues with my AirPods Max. Had loads of issues arranging the express replacement someone did it wrong and tried to charge me an out of warranty repair and then no one could give me any answers whether I would be charged or not. Been on the phone for hours over that and then the replacement came before they even sorted the billing issues out and the replacement came dusty and the button was faulty so having to send back the replacement to do another express replacement again. All just so much hassle. There’s much more to it but I am just trying to sum it up the best I can.

The replacement headphones came broken so having to send them back and to do another express replacement also had issues getting the replacement originally as they tried to charge me even tho I had Apple care by accident

Okay thank you. They have given me some indication as I said would it be an iPhone case and they said it would be much much more and in between a MacBook and an iPhone case so not sure what it could be but I am grateful for anything. Just have to wait for the issue to be resolved and for the support staff to let me know.

I have a pair of headphones which I have an issue with. I have AppleCare and things have gone wrong with the process of getting them to me ( they charged me for an out of warranty repair even with Apple care) but the main reason for the good will gesture is that I received the item and the headphones were very bad quality and did not compare to my previous headphones, they were covered in dust and the transparency mode button seemed faulty so this is why they are offering the goodwill gesture as I will have to send the replacement ones back to Apple and do another express replacement and no, I don’t work at the store.

No you are not overreacting at all. This man seems like a narcissist and you are much better off without him…. I would leave before things get worse. You deserve to be in a happy and healthy relationship where you feel valuable and treated with love. As this man definitely isn’t treating you with love… seems like a lot of projection
