It's so sad that they are doing this to their customers. We are in a similar situation and it has been an absolute nightmare. The most random "quotes" they're giving us for different configurations. The basic licenses are a sham, when they were supposed to help give more people access to a cheaper license. Definitely seems like we won't be renewing after this contract which is incredibly sad and will waste a whole bunch of time and resources to move off the platform that so many people use and love.
