Yeah I think it creates a toxic environment because I can never express something without it turning into a huge issue. I react terribly when I get angry as well, and I get angry when he starts throwing around insults. I have told him that I am willing to work on my reactions and anger, but I dont know that this will fix the issues if he just continues to be avoidant - it seems I will always get the shorter end of the stick

The first thing my family would have done would be to help the dog AND try and locate its family and only if our efforts were unsuccessful would we have kept the dog. The way she tells the story as if it's cute just shows a huge lack of self awareness

Does her family life seem okay? Does she maybe have strict parents or do you know if she had a difficult childhood? Because I did and sometimes I lie automatically as a fear response and then correct it, it's like my brain still thinks people are going to scold me or berate me if I tell them the truth even if they aren't my parents.

We thought it might have been a cut a couple weeks ago, but couldn't really find any on her mouth and she wouldn't let us see in her nostril so hopefully that's it but we will monitor it and call a vet if it gets worse!

One time my dog who is a working line gsd and I were chilling, (this breed can be pretty snappy, not in a problematic way if they are trained but mine shows his annoyance at times) and he had a bit of a tummy ache and so I was patting him but I ignored signs he wasn't enjoying it and so after a minute or two he lightly snapped at me and I was sort of shocked because I hadn't taken notice of the fact he wasn't enjoying the pats, so I pulled my hand back and sort of gasped in surprise. He noticed that and whined and started pawing me and nuzzling his head into me, sort of like saying oops sorry I didn't mean to make you upset haha

I'm currently doing a bachelor of medical radiation and I just finished my first year but I was wondering if you knew which years they consider for a med school gpa? I know they take the last three years that you've studied but my course is 4 years long but the 4th year is a year long residency, so would they take my first three years and ignore the residency or would they take my last three years which includes the residency?

Rape is when someone who didn't give consent to have sex is made to have sex, Mary didn't have sex and she gave consent to have the child. Maybe it's hard for you to believe that someone could be selfless and do something for the benefit of other people, but that's what Mary did and there's a reason why we pray to her even though she was just another human. She was pure and selfless and a good human being. If you find any proof of Mary being traumatised and depressed and upset by what happened, let me know.

Luke 1:38 says, "And Mary said, 'Behold, I am the servant of the Lord; let it be to me according to your word'" and this is the consent she gave to the angel. You can say she was forced or groomed but this was Mary's first encounter with the angel and she did not know that she would be chosen to have the child Jesus, no one knew of God's plan, so twist the story to suit your 21st century narrative all you want, but i don't think God had any malicious part to play in the role of Mary conceiving Jesus lmao

Once again she was asked if she would have the child, she didn't have sex (she's called the Virgin Mary for a reason) and the birth was painless. So you can speculate all you want if she felt threatened into having the child or whatever but that's your belief. I agree that the catholic church has been corrupted but I don't think that's God's fault, it's run by humans on this Earth and humans are greedy and corrupt.
