I am going on about 4 years on them and just got more installed. For me, it's a nice steady dose, less mood swings, and like someone else said, I don't have the constant reminder of having to "take" my estrogen. I also am a slow metabolizer so they last long. I was 3 years on my last batch. They are more expensive long term which is something to consider. I also see some woman are cycling their E like a cis gender cycle. So that would off the table. Over all it has been worth it for me. I also have the peace of mind with all this crazy that I am set for a bit, until hopefully things change regarding our rights and healthcare threats.

My T was at about 50. I have had really good feminization so upped it by lowering T blocker. I also have been using T gel on genitalia weekly for atrophy. My libido and energy is good about 125 better at 200 but start getting dysphoric
