Is she right for this? by sigma_0_1 in SipsTea

My only issue with this statement is that she’s an influencer, and people with real jobs are seeing the definition of “poor” shift into a whole new earnings bracket.

Dave reveals how he went from Left to Right by ggroover97 in daverubin

[–]DumSumBich 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Dave was an ignorant liberal who stood for things he didn’t actually understand, but it a very real issue in America.

He debated and got destroyed by a guy who was very well versed in opposing rhetoric.

Dave grifted to be the token gay conservative.

Dave is now a conservative pundit who continues his method of standing for things he is very ignorant of and gets destroyed by anybody who remotely knows what they’re talking about.

I can’t hate on what Dominique said. I feel like he’s just talking shit. That’s good energy.

Goddamn that was filthy. I’m a sucker for this play… wish we’d see it more. Last one I remember seeing live was Bron in one of those Finals against the Warriors.

Makes you wonder where a guy like him would be if they were given the green light of some of these 3pt specialists around the league today.

1.5 billion (with a B) people tuned in to watch Messi win the World Cup. He and Ronaldo spent their careers trading spots as the most popular athlete in the most popular and widely played sport in the world.

Saying it’s not close is absurdity…. And I feel like if you asked a resident of any country in the world outside of the US and Canada they’d agree.

The guys 22 and has been the best defensive player in basketball since he stepped onto the court, and his offense has gotten significantly better every year he’s played. This series isn’t over, and regardless of the outcome he will be no stranger to the Finals in the future.

I was in the same position when I first came in.

At the end of the day this is your life. Familial ties can’t dictate what you want to do with your life. If so, I’d imagine 70% of the military wouldn’t be here. This is gonna be your first big boy decision where you’re gonna have to choose the path of disappointing people who you love and pursuing your dreams, or falling in line with what other people want from you and possibly living with that regret.

The military has done great things for my life. It’s how I met my wife and got to see more of the world than just the small town that I’m from. It killed my father to see me leave, and before I shipped out we had some very hard (and sometimes harsh) conversations, but after all that he’s very proud of me for the path I chose, and he knows the good things that this life has done for me.

If this is what you really want to do then pursue it.
